Who are we?
ASM is a second-generation, family-owned management company offering expertise in all phases of property management. If you are a prospective resident, our experienced site managers will do whatever they can to find an affordable housing situation for you.
How can we help you?
Our on-site property management staff includes 75 full-time and 15 part-time employees. ASM’s office also houses two related companies. Apartment Developers Inc. handles property acquisition and development, syndication, and loan origination aspects of projects under development. Southeast Maintenance Inc. is a state licensed and bonded general contractor and municipal utility contractor, supervising original construction as well as renovation and maintenance projects throughout the state.
